The disputation between Scienttsm and Humanism has brought on the conflict of science and human thought. This conflict impacts the theory and application of physical education and sports in many ways, one of which expressions is the disputation between the schools of ideology in physical education and sports. Nevertheless, it is better to say that the conflict is man-made because of the uniformity between the science spirit and human spirit in nature. The integration of science spirit and human spirit in the sport pedagogy and research is not only the requirement of human thought's evolution, but also the demand of self-development of physical education and sports.This paper presents the science-human integration thought of physical education and sports from three aspects.First, the paper gives an objective analysis of that the aims of physical education and sports are to promote personal individuality development. One's cultivation with individuation is the preconditions of innovation in science and culture. With scientific measures and the laws of growth and athletic training, the individual physical education and sports should help harmonious development among person's athletic ability, sport interest and taste, help a life model of exclusive individuality and temperament by transplanting the athletic spirit into the study and work.Second, the paper shows that the process of physical education andsports is a class of inter-subjective intercourse. The physical education and sports is a process of exploiting and possessing the body's development resources. Cultivating student and athlete's subject-consciousness is the main mission of physical education and sports. Studying the process of physical education and sports from the inter-subjective intercourse between students and physical education teacher or athlete and coach can reduce the negative impact of ignoring the students or athlete's motives by scientism and the limitation of conventional subject-object model.Third, the paper discusses the physical education and sports ecology with cognitive view. Physical education and sports, which principal part is human, is a culture phenomenon that leads human, nature and society to develop harmoniously. And person's physical education and sports behavior is the interplay of nature condition, social condition and normative condition. Thus, it is insufficient to study the physical education and sports, a complicated ecosystem, just by psychology, pedagogy, culture, healthiness or normal system theory without ecological laws and methods. Physical education and sports ecology can provide a new visual angle and methodological base for studying physical education or sports culture.School physical education is not only the important sign of education quality, but also the driving power of sports for all. Based on the integrated thought of science-human in physical education and sports, the paper presents some advice about school physical education, viz. consistency of physical education setup and implementing, science-human integration idea of physical education learning evaluation and school-based notion of physical education curriculum development.
