Research On The Cultivation Of Responsibility Consciousness Of College Students In The Construction Of Network Public Opinion Ecology

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),China has attached great importance to the ecological construction of network public opinion and is committed to creating a clean and positive network public opinion environment.But in real life,we found: network public opinion violence,network fraud and other bad phenomena are full of the whole network.As the main position of cultivating new people in the era,the development of the Internet public opinion space in colleges and universities is closely related to the ideological health and life path development of young students.Therefore,how to purify the college network public opinion ecology,to create a clean and positive network space is imminent.As one of the important subjects of college network public opinion,the cultivation of college students' network responsibility consciousness is crucial to the construction of a harmonious and healthy college network public opinion ecological environment.This paper mainly takes how to cultivate college students' responsibility consciousness in the ecological construction of college network public opinion as the starting point,and by means of case analysis and multidisciplinary research,expounds the development effect,existing problems and causes of the responsibility consciousness cultivation of college students in the ecological construction of college network public opinion.Starting with the problems,the paper proposes feasible measures from the aspects of college students themselves,college education,system construction,supervision and management,and joint efforts in education.With reference to the content of the college students' network responsibility consciousness in university network public opinion ecological elements that constitute the meticulous division,covers the network main body responsibility cognition,college students to participate in college students sense of responsibility and the responsibilityof the college students' network order three levels of consciousness,as the specific responsibility consciousness cultivation of network public opinion in the construction of ecological college students to provide practical starting point and the foothold,to better in the ecological environment to realize students' responsibility to know affection lines of perfect and unified.
