At present,our country is in an accelerated period of social change,science and technology are developing rapidly,and the degree of social civilization has been greatly improved.At the same time,people's concept of marriage has also changed dramatically.As the divorce rate continues to rise,the number of reorganized families is gradually increasing.Compared with first-married families,reorganized families have more complexity and sensitivity.In the reorganized family,not only should we pay attention to the treatment of husband and wife relationship,but also pay more attention to the treatment of parent-child relationship.If not handled properly,children who have experienced parental divorce will suffer greater harm,which will affect the physical and mental development of children and affect the harmony of the entire family.This thesis is based on the field of social work,using the method of case work,and hopes to explore an effective service model to alleviate the parent-child relationship problem in the reorganized family and promote the family to develop in a healthy and orderly direction.In this paper,the author selects the reorganized family of the J case owner in the M community of Hulunbuir as the research object.From the perspective of social work,he collects the data of the case owner's family through interview methods,observation methods,and scale methods.An estimation analysis was conducted,and it was found that the client combed the relationship with his parents in the reorganized family,had prejudice against his stepmother,and felt inferior and lonely.In response to the client's needs,the social worker used structured family therapy to conduct direct intervention research on the client and his family members based on the family system theory and the theory of dominant perspective.The study found that the use of structured family therapy can ease the parent-child relationship of the client's family,enhance mutual recognition between the client and family members,eliminate the client's unreasonable cognition,promote communication and interaction between the client and his father and stepmother,and establish a reasonable New family order and new family structure.By evaluating the effectiveness of the service,the degree of achievement of the goals,and the satisfaction level of the client's family,we can find that structural family therapy can achieve better results in improving the parent-child relationship of the reorganized family.Throughintervention services,the bad parent-child relationship in the client's family is obtained.Improvement,family structure was rebuilt.At the same time,in order to better prevent and deal with the problem of parent-child relationship in the reorganized family,the author puts forward relevant feasibility suggestions after research and reflection,and provides reference and reference for the good development of the parent-child relationship in the reorganized family.
