A Research On The Cultivation And Study Of Contemporary Female College Students' Subject Consciousness From The Pespective Of Marxist Theory Of Women

Subject consciousness refers to the subject's self-consciousness.As the subject,people's consciousness of his or her own position,ability and value is the premise and basis for exerting subjective initiative.The subject consciousness of female college students is put forward based on the subject consciousness and the characteristics of female college students.Based on the basic principles of the Marxist theory of women,the subject consciousness of female college students is cultivated and studied.Female college students are an important part of the new force of the society.With the deepening of globalization,female college students are undergoing profound changes in their attitudes towards life,values and lifestyles.In this new domestic and international environment,the comprehensive requirements for talents in society are more stringent.The cultivation of female college students' subject consciousness is conducive to the comprehensive development of female students,so that female college students can meet the requirements of social reforms for women and shoulder the responsibility of realizing Chinese dream.Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to study subject consciousness of female college students for the inheritance and development of Marxist theory of women or for the development of female college students themselves.With Marxist concept of women as the starting point,the main content and internal relations between the Marxist view of women and the subject consciousness of contemporary female college students are expounded.Then a questionnaire survey on the status quo of contemporary female college students' subject consciousness is condected.The result is worked out and the status quo of contemporary female college students' subject consciousness is summarized.The causes of some exsiting problems are analyzed and sorted out.In addition,the effective countermeasures of cultivating contemporary female college students' subject consciousness from the perspective of Marxist theory of women are explored.The author arguges that the mainstream of contemporary female college students' subject consciousness is positive.However,there are also some problems like the lack and deficiency of independent consciousness,study consciousness,career choice consciousness,and marriage and love consciousness.From the four environmental factors of society,schools,families and individuals,it is necessary to work together to guide and promote the establishment and improvement of the subject consciousness of female college students.
