For its part, the contemporary female college students' autonomous consciousness of female subject building female college students should be the sound development of personality, for the development of female students have great impetus. But, in the social transition period, the traditional gender roles concept, the influence of impressed competitive market economy, The gender discrimination of employers is increasing the employment pressure of girl students and eroding female university students' self-confidence consciousness, And cause the lack of female subject consciousness, even return to the female old moral.In order to understand this situation, this article survey the female consciousness of female college students in several universities of Shandong through questionnaire. Using the SPSS statistical methods, literature study and research, and analyzed the female college students' subject consciousness of several universities in Shandong province, and mainly through the gender perspective .The first part of the paper is an introduction. Including research backgrounds, purpose, research situation, the study of thinking and methods, etc. Describe the female college students' subject consciousness research backgrounds, the purpose and significance of the study, this paper is mainly discussing the problem of foreign scholars about women's gender theory, carding domestic scholars of female college students' subject consciousness, providing theoretical basis for the study ,research indicating and research methods. Through the analysis of the social policy and social environment of the change of female college students, the education quality, and the influence of female college students, improve the subject consciousness in the study compared, independent enterprising stronger consciousness. But part of the female college students still affected by various factors to affect female subject consciousness, such as the feudal traditional culture, family education, school social employment pressure, the mass media publicity, and part of female college students' psychological condition not perfect, and other factors.
