In recent years the opportunity of entrance to colleges becomes more and more with thecollege expansion plan and the reforms of admissions systems. For some colleges anduniversities, the number of female students has been much bigger than the male’s. And it’sextremely urgent to improve the female students’ ideological and political quality. Women’seducation and the development of the country, women quality is closely related to the heightfrom the ultimate sense, will affect a country’s today and tomorrow. Female college studentsare of a special group of women, they will be part of the higher education with the advantageof social life and development, play a vital role. Therefore, the female university students’education is an important scale to measure social progress. It not only can improve the wholesociety women’s overall quality but also can improve quality of the entire nation. Womeneducation can let the female students clearly understand their physiological and psychologicalcharacteristics, face the difference from males, and improve the ability to deal with themarriage problems. At the same time, it can set up the correct role of female college students,define their view of the new women as a social responsibility, thereby encouraging them tolearn scientific and cultural knowledge, strengthen their willpower to temper, improve theiroverall ability, to face and solve various challenges from the social life and their own lifecourse.Marxism view on women is a significant part of Marxist theory. It’s introduced fromRussia after the October Revolution into our country,experienced communication,establishment, development and innovation stage, promoting the development of the cause ofwomen’s liberation in China. But because of historical limitations and the deep influence offeudalist ideology and so on, there are various problems affect its effectiveness. It hopes thatthis paper can provide scientific college ideological student’s ideological and politicaleducation will work more standardized and orderly. And this paper provides more effectiveand practical measures for the college ideological and political education management.This paper is mainly divides into four parts to discuss Marxism view and women’seffectiveness research on female college students’ ideological and political education. The first part mainly talks about the related concept and theoretical review, introducing what theMarxism view on women is, stating its development and setbacks in our country; introducingthe female college students’ ideological and political education of female college students;ideological. The second part is mainly aimed at three universities of female college students’ideological and political education status of questionnaire, analyzing the present stage offemale present situation. The third part discusses the four factors of low effectiveness of thefemale university students’ ideological and political education that are the social environment,institutions of higher learning, the family factor, the college students themselves. The fourthpart tries to improve the female college students’ ideological and political educationeffectiveness countermeasures from five aspects which are environment, college education,family environment, female college students themselves and ideological and politicaleducation efficiency evaluation mechanism. Basing on the investigation questionnaireanalysis, it concluded that the female college students’ ideological and political educationpresent situation. And it analyzed the current influence female college students’ ideologicaland political education effectiveness of various factors, and fond out the root of the problem.Based on this, this paper discusses pertinently the countermeasures to enhance femalestudents’ ideological and political education effectiveness. And it puts forward some opinionson how to improve the female college students’ ideological and political educationeffectiveness in the new period.
