| Personalized learning is a learning paradigm that organizes teaching based on individual differences and individual differences on the basis of antistandardization,aiming at individual characteristics and development potential,so as to develop learners' personality and meet the increasingly vivid needs of individual education.When we put our eyes into classroom teaching,personalized learning requires us to consider such several questions: first,whether we really understand the learners,and how to meet the diverse individual needs;Second,how to judge that learners really understand the content,and how to promote learners' understanding of the content;Third,what kind of classroom should be set up.In terms of teaching design,personalized learning,as a concept that influences and participates in the whole process,needs to carry out internal construction and peripheral measurement of its learning process,that is,there should be a standard to measure whether students really participate in learning.So we hope to have such a teaching design,can answer the above questions,but also has the operating space,at this time the understanding teaching design comes into being.Instructional design framework for understanding has obvious role in promoting the personalized learning,runs through from beginning to end in the implementation of the concept of personalized learning,and metaphor in the process of every learning,hidden under each elaborate design,this article is to put the line from the "dark" referred to "light",logical and clear makes it clear that,to better adapt both,maximum value,this paper puts forward in the service of personalized learning "instructional design framework for understanding ",so as to provide ideas for related research.The research context of this article is to clarify the personalized learning and instructional design framework for understanding of reasonable association(chapter 2),the main answer why the demands of personalized learning is instructional design framework for understanding,why to understand teaching design is the direction of the personalized learning,at the same time in this paper,the connotation and the related theoretical basis,as the prerequisite of the instructional design in this paper.Then(chapter 3)the "instructional design framework for understanding " proposed in this paper is analyzed from the aspects of rationality,feasibility and operation,so as to demonstrate how the " instructional design framework for understanding " proposed in this paper can serve the personalized learning.Then(chapter 4)from the target,content and process evaluation,design,architecture in the service of personalized learning "understanding teaching design",to promote personalized learning and real understanding of knowledge,the former is a kind of professional growth paradigm,which is on the deep study of the teaching content,and combining the "comprehension teaching design" is shown in a case of the design process.Finally(chapter 5)making a summary of this research. |
