SPOC is short for Small Private Online Course.It is a new teaching mode that mixes online learning with campus teaching.SPOC can promote the integration of online education and traditional classroom teaching.It is a typical teaching mode in Post-MOOC Era.Instructional design determine the learner's learning experience and is is crucial to the sustainable development of SPOC.This study aims to promote the development of SPOC.This study mine learning needs and learning rules based on behavioral data.This study research on the teaching mode of SPOC learners' characteristics to help design teaching resources and activities.First of all,this paper based on humanism "learner-centered" philosophy.By analyzing learners' feedback of learning experience for online course,learners' heat top five needs was summed up.Then,the strength of each learning need was quantitative analyzed by using Random Forest.It turns out that the order of learning needs is interest,practicability,feedback,ease of understanding,rationality of knowledge organization.Secondly,this study explored students' online learning rules.The statistics of students' online learning behavior show that students mainly participate in study on holiday and the largest number of students participate in study at ten o'clock and seventeen o'clock everyday.Besides,continuous learning often for five minutes or almost forty minutes at one time.What's more,this paper puts forward some advice based on students' learning needs and learning rules,such as SPOC teaching should design teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation based on learners' needs strength to meet learner needs more effectively,improve the relevance of SPOC teaching and improve learning experience.Teachers and students can arrange teaching time and teaching design according to their own learning rules to improve teaching efficiency.Based on learning behavior analysis,it also suggests that teaching administrator should statistical learning and study time distribution,pay attention to students' course feedback,help students timely to improve students' learning effect.At last,this study designed and implemented "Personalized E-Learning System for University Electives" based on the learning analysis result.This system aims to improve SPOC teaching effect and learners' experience.It also can provide reference for the construction and management of domestic SPOC teaching.
