The degree if students' understanding and mastery of equation word problem in junior middle school has an impact on their ability to analyze and solve practical problems with their mathematical knowledge.If students want to learn well and use the mathematical knowledge of word problems skillfully,they should be fond of word problems,understand the problems and relevant non-professional terms,and learn to solve practical life problems independently by using analytical skills.Teachers should correctly identify the personality differences of junior high school students and characteristic of mathematics cognition structure,and find corresponding strategies.The tabular method can reduce the difficulty of practical equation problems one by one,make the questions simple and easy to understand,make all kinds of quantitative relations clear and obvious,so as to list the equations.The tabular method effectively improves students' ability to solve practical problems,and gradually develop students' mathematical thinking.This study for three consecutive years tracking the use of different teaching methods of two classes of learning situation,the period of time to do the contrast test,four spss16.0 to do the data analysis,the result application in the questionnaire,the research instance of classroom teaching for students,on the basis of using the form of analysis mathematics word problems is given the summary of the learning methods,puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies,reference for students and teachers.The research conclusions are as follow:The tabulation method teaching can enhance students' initiative in learning mathematics,increase their interest in word problems,and thus improve class efficiency.It helps students to analyze word problems more clearly and improve their math scores.It is beneficial to improve students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems,and to apply mathematical knowledge to life skillfully.According to the research results,the author puts forward some suggestions on the word problem teaching in junior high school:(1)Teachers need to master the tabulation method in order to make a targeted explanation in class.(2)In the process of word problem teaching,teachers should strengthen and penetrate the tabular method constantly.(3)Teachers give full play to students in class,consolidate the basic knowledge of mathematics and cultivate students' cognitive thinking.
