The reform and development of basic teaching mathematics curriculum emphasizes the application of mathematics in teaching. Now equation model is applied in junior high school mathematics is the emphasis and difficulty. At the same time, it is learning function, inequality, one element and two equations, is knowledge of the importance of test study, therefore analysis of the junior high school when solving one element and two equations mathematical problem of the error types and reasons, helps to improve solving a quadratic equation of the teaching quality.This article uses the literature analysis method, the survey research method, the interview method to launch the research. First for the junior middle school stage one element and two equations problem for classification, and then compiling practice test and questionnaire, 328 students in different levels of classes at the same time selected as samples to test, finally, on the basis of the results of the tests and questionnaires and teacher-student interviews for existing types of errors are analyzed.Through statistical analysis, interviews with teachers and students, further understanding of the students in the model equations were solved using conventional error: one is examining the consideration is not comprehensive, meticulous, understands the meaning of error. The two is in the process of solving formula, for memory error. Three is the error equation, the expression of the algebraic equation and the equation. The four is solving the lack of flexibility, sticking with method and formula. Five is the answer is not to test its solution and the actual meaning of the match.In view of the above problems, this paper on teaching put forward several suggestions: one is to adopt corresponding measures, to enable students to have confidence student number one yuan quadratic equation. The two is to emphasize the process of thinking in teaching, and pay attention to the teaching of thinking method. Three is a skilled algebra of the contents of the list. Four is to supervise the process of solving the equation of one element and two equations. Five is to be more concerned about the solution after the study.
