The course of basic education played an important role in carrying out the party's educational policy,fullfilling the basic task of Building Morality and cultivating talents,and developing quality education.In recent years,the core quality of curriculum reform was a research hotspot.The core literacy of biology was an important part of the core literacy,including four dimensions of life concept,scientific thinking,scientific exploration and social responsibility.Among them,the concept of life was a dimension with unique biological characteristics,which had important educational value in biology teaching.In this paper,the concept of structure and function,the concept of evolution and adaptation,the concept of steady state and balance,and the concept of material and energy were taken as the starting points,and the teaching design and practice were carried out with the example of Chapter 5 of the biology compulsory course 1 in 2004 edition.Teaching design was a process of making teaching plans according to the characteristics of teaching objectives and objects,using modern educational psychology,effectively organizing various teaching resources(teachers,teaching resources,teaching methods,etc.),serializing,optimizing and behaviorizing them,so as to improve the teaching effect.Therefore.This research anchored the specific biological knowledge,designing the teaching cases that point to the construction of the concept of life and carriing on the teaching practice,in order to promote the cultivation of the biological core quality of senior high school students.Literature research method was used in this paper to determine the relevant concepts of life concept and teaching design,combing with the theoretical research of life concept construction and teaching design,and summarizing and analyzing the research status of life concept and teaching design at home and abroad.In the research,the senior one students were taken as the practice object.With the help of the teaching practice instructor,the teaching content of Chapter 5 of high school biology compulsory 1 published in 2004 was analyzed in depth.According to the requirements of the curriculum standard,the students' learning situation was analyzed,and the "cell energy currency ATP" was designed according to the content of the textbook.In the process of design and practice,the layout of teaching cases such as "enzyme to reduce activation energy of chemical reaction" and "cell respiration,the main source of ATP" were also showed focusing on the specific biological knowledge points corresponding to the concept of life.On this basis,by creating situations and providing perceptual materials to guide students' thinking,they then summarize concepts and internalize them into life concepts on the basis of concept formation.A questionnaire and interview designed in this study was used to test the construction of life concept after four months teaching practice.Research analysis showed that students' ability of life concept construction had been improved.Through teaching practice,it was concluded that providing perceptual materials,creating situations,designing inquiry activities,using concept maps,combing concepts and other ways in teaching should be helpful for students to construct the concept of life.
