Research On The Construction And Development Of Guangdong Senior Citizen University From The Perspective Of Cultural Endowment

As far as by now,the population aging has become a global issue,and it is a critical issue needs to be solved urgently in China,as China is and will continue to be an aging society.The arrival of an aging society is a severe challenge for developing China.Elderly education can be said to be the main way to solve this problem.The education for the aged can not only improve the culture of the aged effectively to a certain extent,but also is a way to build a learning and cultural society.And lifelong education for the construction of our country's old-age culture also put forward that old-age education can enrich the life of the elderly,old-age education is an effective way to develop and utilize the human resources of the elderly.With the development of social economy and the improvement of the quality of the elderly,the education of the elderly will become an important measure to meet the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly.As a large province in China,the elderly population in Guangdong is one of the provinces in China.The huge population of the elderly also makes the Guangdong University for the Elderly develop continuously.The development of the University for the Elderly enriches the cultural education of the elderly in Guangdong Province,but there are also some problems and difficulties.Based on a variety of theories,this study collects data and collates data through multiple channels to study the development of geriatric education in Guangdong Province.Based on the present situation of the elderly population in Guangdong Province and the existing educational institutions,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the universities for the aged in Guangdong Province,and puts forward the corresponding solutions on the basis of the experience of those advanced domestic and overseas enterprises.Although the government of Guangdong Province has introduced great amount of policies aiming to solve the problem of the education tothe aged,which did have make great achievements already,there are still some problems,shortcomings and development models which are very important for the development of the universities for the aged under the current cultural support.In view of these problems,this paper holds that,first of all,we should change our ideas,enhance the importance of education for the elderly,enhance the cultural literacy of the elderly,so as to fundamentally accept and promote the development of education for the elderly public.Secondly,from the perspective of policy,society and family,give full play to its guiding role,standardize the development of geriatric education in Guangdong Province,enhance its guiding ability,and promote the relevant scientific construction of the geriatric education system.Relying on the market supply and demand,we can realize the benign development of Guangdong province senior citizen University from the perspective of cultural endowment.
