Research On The Developmental Path Of University For The Elderly From The Perspective Of Cultural Support For The Aged

At present,China's aging society continues to accelerate,life and medical care,teaching,learning,for and enjoy "as the main content of the cause of aging development opportunities ushered in the hitherto unknown.At the same time,along with the rapid economic and social development,the continuous improvement of the level of material life,the majority of the elderly for spiritual and cultural needs of the growing."Cultural endowment" concept compared with the traditional "material endowment",more emphasis on meeting the cultural needs of the elderly,pay more attention to the elderly to participate in social development,received wide recognition and promotion in the community,play a crucial role in promoting the quality of life,improving life quality of the elderly.The old university is the main position of the elderly,learning activities,to improve old people's comprehensive quality,promote the play an irreplaceable role in the cultural construction of the elderly,the situation with the vigorous development of culture endowment is faced with the urgent task of transformation and development.The research of the development path of the elderly university from the perspective of cultural endowment has important theoretical significance and practical application value.This article from the basic intension of the cultural endowment,the public product of practice of Tai'an university for the elderly based on the restricting factors of promoting cultural endowment for elderly university were analyzed,and the path in the cultural perspective of the old university endowment the transformation and development of the research,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance,reviews the research status at home and abroad;explains the relevant concepts and theories,clarifying the concept of cultural endowment,public management and public products,clear research basic theory and methods;the second chapter basis Maslow's hierarchy of needs of elderly university were analyzed in advancing the status and role of culture endowment;the third chapter analyzes,on Tai'an university for the elderly based on the case study,the author summarizes the status and characteristics of the elderly to carry out pension culture in the old university;the fourth chapter analyzes on the old university to promote restrictive factors in the cause of culture endowment;the fifth chapter uses the theory of public management,from the system mechanism,government purchase of public services,the role of non-governmental Organization function,the development of community elderly education and so on,put forward the countermeasures to maximize the social benefits of cultural endowment,and explore the development path of the elderly university in the perspective of cultural endowment.
