Research On The Characteristics Of Body Difficulty Of Individual Athletes In Rhythmic Gymnastics In China

At present,the world rhythmic gymnastics is in a state of fierce competition,which forces us to find out the gap between the individual events of Rhythmic Gymnastics in China and the world powers under the guidance of rules.Body difficulty is the key to the high value of individual movements,and it is also the focus of this week's research.Therefore,this article is based on the changing characteristics of the rules of the new cycle of rhythmic gymnastics(2017-2020)and uses research methods such as literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.In the 2018 National Gymnastics Championships,the top eight outstanding athletes in the individual all-around athletes have a detailed analysis of 32 sets of physical difficulty movements with a total of 32 sets of equipment,and follow the development context of the forefront of the rhythmic gymnastics project.It aims to improve the overall level of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics and lay a solid foundation for our country's rhythmic gymnastics to shine on the world stage in the future.Results show that:(1)under the guidance of the new cycle rules,the difficulty scoring system pays more attention to high-specification technology,while the high-difficulty technology can be displayed,it emphasizes the specifications of action;the completion of the scoring system pays more attention to incorporating high-art and skilled technology into the whole set of arrangements,while the high-difficulty art can be displayed,it is also strong.Aestheticism of movement.Only when high-specification technology and high-quality art go hand in hand can athletes develop their own style and elegance on the field.(2)Most athletes in China choose almost the same type of body difficulty in four items of apparatus,and they are too concentrated and lack of diversity;the combination of body difficulty and apparatus technology is mainly based on non-basic apparatus technical movements,and the technical capacity of apparatus is insufficient,which can not reflect the typical characteristics of apparatus;the body difficulty and apparatus technology of athletes in China Combined with inaccurate timing,the low completion score rate,eventually leading to body difficulty is not recognized,reducing the score rate of the complete set of movements,affecting the actual value of body difficulty in the complete set of movements.(3)Selection and compilation of individualized style of body difficulty type is an artistic sublimation of high value of individual complete movements and a way to improve the artistic characteristics of individual events;the diversification of body difficulty using instruments greatly improves the technicalhighlights of complete movements,and makes the body difficulty develop towards the direction of diversification of apparatus technology;Difficulty arrangement should increase the degree of integration with the difficulty of apparatus,open up a new path for the difficulty arrangement of the body,and improve the creative beauty of the complete set of movements;high-quality and perfect completion is the guarantee to promote the sublimation of the complete set of movements art.
