A Study On The Ideological And Political Education Function Of College Students' Financial Aid

Financial aid for college students is an important means to help students from poor families finish their studies and realize educational fairness and justice.The ideological and political education function of university students' financial aid is the soul of university students' financial aid.At present,colleges and universities pay more attention to the function of financial aid in helping the poor,but have insufficient understanding of its ideological and political education function,resulting in the insufficient play of the ideological and political education function of financial aid.It is of great theoretical and practical value to study the ideological and political education function of university students' financial aid to perfect the university students' financial aid system.This paper mainly consists of four aspects.First,it sorts out the related concepts and theoretical basis of the ideological and political education function of university students' financial aid.This paper mainly defines the functions of college students from poor families,student financial aid and ideological and political education.To sort out Marx's theory of human needs,Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings and the concept of educational equityl,so as to provide theoretical support for the follow-up research.Second,it discusses the connotation and significance of the ideological and political education function of university students' financial aid.Financial aid for college students not only solves the economic situation of students from poor families,but also is an effective carrier of ideological and political education.It has the functions of guiding,encouraging,adjusting and educating people.Therefore,giving full play to the ideological and political education function of college students' financial aid is helpful to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,promote the all-round development of students from poor families,promote educational equity and promote social harmony.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems and causes of the ideological and political education function of university students' financial aid.The existing problems mainly include insufficient guidance function,insufficient incentive function,weak regulation function and low efficiency of education function.Then,the causes are explored,that is,the consciousness of funding education is weak,the mode of funding activities is single,the follow-up ideological and political education is lacking,and the allocation of funding resources ignores the individual needs.Fourth,to explore ways to enhance the ideological and political education function of college students' financial aid.In the funding work,we should change the existing idea of funding,expand the content of funding activities,enhance the ideological and political education after funding,and optimize the allocation of funding and education resources.In order to give full play to the ideological and political education function of college students' financial aid,cultivate and guide the students to grow into talents.
