| The guiding outline of kindergarten education(trial)states: " kindergarten should cooperate closely with the family and society,make compositive all kinds of educational resources and create jointly good conditions for the development of young children." With the times developing,the material and economic conditions in the family are abundant increasingly,there are more and more family resources using for kindergarten.Based on this,this paper takes 26 five-star kindergartens in Anshan as an example to explore the question of using family resources for kingergarten.This study is divided into five parts.Through studying the history documents,the first one is based on the second part : the research design,it creates "Family resources utilization questionnaire for the five-star kindergartens" On this basis,this study transmited formally after each aspect had obtained the scientific support.According to the utilization questionnaire data,it forms the third part of this study.Through data result of the third part,the study forms the fourth part,this study carries on the summary conclusion on the family resources utilization :1.Teachers' "teaching age,professional title and position" are highly significant different in the five dimensions of family resource utilization,and all three factors are positively related to family resource utilization.2.Non-preschool but eucational teachers is significantly better than that of preschool teachers.3.The effect of public kindergartens is better than that of private kindergartens.4.Parents' working nature and socio-economic status have a significant impact on the utilization of family resources for kindergartens.Based on the research conclusion,the fifth part of this study puts forward lots of practical suggestions on the utilization of family resources for the kindergarten management and teachers,in order to giving some suggestions and references for the first-line kindergartens and teachers. |
