"the research on the exploitation of family cultural resources in elementary school moral education" started with the survey of nowadays family cultural resources and the present situation of the exploitation of family cultural resources in elementary school moral education, and it paid special attention to the present explicit and implicit cultural resources contained in family.Founded on the above survey, the thesis used a classification method to analyze the present situation of explicit&implicit family cultural resources, and then made clear about the relationship between family culture and moral education in school. According to the survey, in moral education, schools had placed importance on the exploitation of explicit family cultural resources, but the recognition for the implicit family cultural resources achieved by schools as well as teachers is not quite definite, therefore implicit family cultural resources is not fully utilized in school moral education.On the basis of the survey and analysis, the thesis made a thorough research in the experiences drawn from three schools’moral education practice, then proposed three policy recommendations of developing family cultural resources:first, creating a "learning family", improving the quality of family culture before we could better utilize it; second, making full use of the family culture to foster student’s good habitual behavior and fine moral character, in order to realize the student-oriented purpose; third, puting the family culture into use in carrying out the new moral education model which is "student-oriented, and set life education, livelihood education, existence education, ecology education as the main content", and emphasising on raising the integral effectiveness of family-school cooperation in school moral education. In the end, the thesis came to its conclusion:family cultural resources is the "mine", the "workshop" and also the "resources" of school education resources; there is a lot of potential to utilize family cultural resources in elementary school moral education; and exploiting family cultural resources is an effective strategy for improving the effectiveness of school moral education.
