There is a close relationship between professional resilience and organizational comm itment,but there are few related research activities and no involvement in kindergarten e ducation.Based on this study,the relationship between professional resilience and organiz ational commitment of kindergarten teachers was studied.The author used the literature method and investigation method to investigate and an alyze the actual situation and relationship between professional resilience and organization al commitment of 314 kindergarten teachers in Anshan by using the scale of professional resilience of teachers designed by Li Xinmin(2008)and Zhang Shuwei's revised scale of organizational commitment.The conclusions were obtained after the analysis:1.the professional resilience level of kindergarten teachers belongs to the upper level,the highest score in the three levels is to overcome the difficulty level,the second is t o restore vitality,and the lowest score is to deal with pressure.2.kindergarten teachers' or ganizational commitment level is above the middle level,the highest score in the three l evels is emotional commitment,followed by normative commitment,and the lowest score is continuing commitment.3.there is a clear proportional relationship between the professi onal resilience and organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers.4.kindergarten teac hers' professional resilience can positively predict kindergarten teachers' organizational co mmitment and have the strongest predictive power of emotional commitment.According to this,the research puts forward suggestions from three major aspects: fi rst,from the kindergarten,we should pay attention to the professional development of no vice teachers,support and guide teachers to strive to improve their academic qualification s and professional titles;attach great importance to the problems teachers face in their w ork,and provide them with emotional guidance and advice.Second,from the aspect of k indergarten teachers,we should actively deal with the pressure of work;we should pay a ttention to professional growth.Finally,from the aspect of education administration depar tment,we should optimize the professional title system,continuously expand the proporti on of public kindergartens,and plan the psychological counseling program of kindergarte n teachers.
