Family is an important place for the growth and socialization of children and adolescents.Parent-child relationship is an important factor that affects the personality and social development of children and adolescents.With the implementation and promotion of the comprehensive two-child policy,the two-child family has increased with each passing day,and family members and family structure have changed.The resulting parent-child relationship problems frequently appear,often presenting as parent-child communication problems,of which "big children" and parents The parent-child communication problem is more prominent.The quality of parent-child communication between "big children" affects family harmony.How to improve the parent-child communication ability between "big children" and parents has become a real problem to be solved.Because of the weak active awareness of parent-child communication,the lack of clarity of expression,the lack of communication skills,and the narrow content of the "big kid",the communication skills of the "big kid" are poor.Faced with the “big children” group,how social work can provide parent-child communication support and services for two-child families and improve the parent-child communication ability between “big children” and their parents are worthy of in-depth research.This article takes the “big children” of two-child families in the H community of C city as the research object,and on the basis of combing the existing literature,through the questionnaire survey method,observation method and semi-structured interview method to the “big children”parent-child communication status and A survey of needs was conducted.The survey results showed that the “big children” in the two-child families in the H community had problems and needs in terms of parent-child communication abilities.Eight “big children” with low parent-child communication abilities and strong willingness to participate were selected as service targets.Based on family system theory,communication theory and social learning theory,using group work methods,and the parents of the service target are invited to accompany the participation,mainly from the initiative of communication,the clarity of communication,the skill of communication,Four aspects of the communication content to improve the parent-child communication ability of the client.At the same time,the process evaluation and result evaluation of the effectiveness of the group found that after the "big boy" participated in the parent-child communication ability improvement group,the parent-child communication ability level improved,the group members changed,and the group goal was completed.The results of the study show that group activities have improved the quality of parent-child communication between parents and parents to a certain extent,and group work methods can effectively improve parent-child communication skills of parents.On the basis of the practice of group work involved in the improvement of parent-child communication ability of "big children",the group's working methods and social work theory are reflected,and suggestions for the improvement of parent-child communication ability of "big children" are proposed from three aspects: parents,schools and community services.
