Parent-child communication is a process in which parents and children exchange information,emotions and attitudes,share their opinions and finally achieve the adjustment of parent-child relationship.Good parent-child communication can not only promote the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health,but also promote family harmony.Poor parent-child communication can easily lead to the deviation of children’s behavior.The author consulted a large number of references and found that the special social group of migrant children in China often runs with their parents because of unstable parents.The chances of communicating with parents are relatively small,and the quality of communication is relatively poor,the parent-child communication situation is not ideal.Social work adheres to the concept of “people-oriented,self-help and self-help”,helping migrant children to improve parent-child communication,which is not only necessary for reality,but also a necessary condition for the healthy growth of migrant children.The paper is based on the migrant children and their parents in the S community of Nanchang City.In the previous survey,we used the method of communication with parents and the method of observing the communication between children and parents to analyze the current situation and needs of parent-child communication in mobile families.Through the collection of the completed scales and interview results,the floating children’s family has problems such as less parent-child communication time,less communication awareness,and lack of communication skills.The two parties are not satisfied with the status of parent-child communication.Social workers believe that there are some problems in the communication between parents and children in migrant children’s families,such as too few communication times,weak communication intentions of children,and even some family parents and children appear "hostile".Social workers designed some activities according to actual needs,and sincerely invited five groups of families to participate in these activities.Practice has proved that the group work method has obvious promotion effect on improving the parent-child communication ability of the mobile family.The group activities made parents and children realize the importance of two-way communication,and learned communication skills such as listening and empathy.The team members also expressed their satisfaction with the planning,implementation and social performance of the event.almost done.This research has achieved certain results,but it also has some shortcomings,such as insufficient research in the previous period,weak theoretical foundation of activity design,lack of continuity and continuity of activities,and insufficient links of social resources.After practical research,social workers believe that it is more effective to use a parent-child parallel group to develop the group.At the same time,it should be recognized that the importance of parental participation is not only for the child to actively communicate,but also for other members of the family(especially parents).The teachers and classmates of the school and the community give more care and help to migrant children,and build a “bridge” for improving the communication between migrant children and parents.This is also very beneficial for the better development of migrant children in the future.Finally,I hope that this study can bring some experience and reference to improving the parent-child communication of migrant children in other regions. |
