With the rapid development of the society,many young parents are busy with their work,or for other reasons can't provide good care for their children.They will choose to be looked after by their grandparents.Although this is a way,but for a long time,children may feel estranged due to the reduction of contact time with their parents,resulting in poor communication and friction.Parent child communication is a process of two-way interaction between parents and children.Once communication has problems,it will directly affect the harmonious relationship within the family,and even affect the healthy growth of children.In a family,each person has his own role.It is a subsystem under the family system.If the family structure is out of balance,it will inevitably lead to a lot of friction and contradictions.It is not difficult to find that the quality of communication is one of the important influencing factors of family relationship and beauty.At present,the parent-child communication problem is more serious in China's parenting families.In this context,the author through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,to understand the current situation and performance of parent-child communication barriers in the parenting families,and summarize and analyze the parent-child communication problems and causes.The role that parents should take is replaced by grandparents,which leads to the change of family structure and family system.The interaction between children and parents is weak,which is easy to produce various problems,which will affect parent-child communication.This research process is based on the reality,mainly focusing on strengthening the parent-child communication ability of the parenting families,analyzing the basic situation of the parenting families through the early investigation,and on this basis,using the method of group work to select the group members,through the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview and other methods to carry out the field investigation,to understand and master the basic situation of the parenting families Demand.According to this,the service goal is determined,the intervention strategy of group work is designed,and the social work service plan of group activities is implemented to intervene the parenting families,so as to improve the communication ability of parents and children.In this paper,the parents and children of C primary school in D city are taken as the research objects,and the research is carried out around the communication between parents and children.Using the theory of family system and the theory of symbolic interaction,this paper makes a practical study on how to alleviate the problem of parent-child communication by using group work method,and discusses how to use social work institutions and external support and other resources to provide social support for the parenting families in order to improve the communication ability of parents and children in the parenting families and help the family function to restore its balance.At the same time,the author also summarizes and reflects on the problems in this study,so as to make more detailed and effective exploration in the next step of in-depth study.It is hoped that this study can provide some enlightenment and experience for social work to intervene in the field of parenting,and enrich the research in this field.
