1Objective: To explore the gait characteristics of the elderly under three different gait conditions, collect the kinematics, dynamics and gait indexes of the lower limbs of the elderly under different gait conditions, and summarize the gait characteristics of the elderly under different speeds on the basis of enriching their database.2Methods: 50 healthy old people aged 60-70(male 25,female 25)were selected. After signing the informed consent, the subjects were divided into slow group, faster group and fast group according to their walking speed. The three-dimensional gait was used to measure the kinematics, dynamics and gait index data of their lower limbs when they walked, and the indexes between different walking speeds were compared to explore the elderly at different walking speeds Gait characteristics of.3 Results:(1)Step time(one gait cycle),support time(swing time),stride frequency, knee flexion and extension angle at the moment of landing and landing, and the moment of landing and landing, the moment of lower limb three joint torque in the slow group, the faster group and the fast group were significantly different,P < 0.05,among which the moment of landing and landing, the moment of lower limb three joint torque in the slow group and stride frequency were significantly different There were significant differences between the fast group and the fast group, and between the slow group and the faster group(P < 0.01).(2)The percentage of supporting phase(swing phase),single supporting phase(double supporting phase),step length, stride length, knee flexion and extension at the moment of landing, hip adduction and abduction angle at the moment of landing, vertical force at the moment of landing, variation score of pelvic anteroposterior tilt angle, variation score of knee flexion and extension angle, and variation score of ankle metatarsal flexion and dorsiflexion angle are compared between slow group and fast group There were significant differences(P < 0.05),among which the percentage of swing phase, step length, stride length, and knee joint flexion and extension angle at the moment of landing had significant differences(P < 0.01).(3)There were significant differences in step length, stride length and ankle metatarsal flexion angle between slow group and faster group(P < 0.05).4Conclusion:(1)The elderly are prone to the gait characteristics of "penguin walk" when they walk slowly.(2)When the old people walk fast, they have obvious "eight character" features, accompanied by "obvious hip twist" and "ground grinding" features when the back foot swings. At this time, the old people's gait shows an overall trend of instability, prone to abnormal gait.(3)With the acceleration of walking speed, the elderly tend to sit back while walking, and the gait shows an overall trend of instability with the increase of walking speed, which makes them more prone to fall.
