Objective: Is to test the gait of the early Parkinson’s disease patients and healthy volunteers, including stepping test and gait initiation test, using the kinematic measurement, dynamic measurement and EMG measurement in synchronization. The gait cycle was divided by the dynamic signal, and in each period, compare the differences of the angle of the lower body joints and the surface EMG of the main muscle between the Parkinson’ patients and the healthy volunteers. The main purpose of the thesis is to find the main difference of the Parkinson’ s disease,to deal with the difficulty of diagnose of the Parkinson’ s disease.Method: We had recruited 15 male Parkinson’s patients and 15 male healthy volunteers in this research.Main devices were AMTI force platform,Vicon motion capture system and Noraxon surface EMG system for gait initiation, and the Zebris pressure plate,Vicon motion capture system and Noraxon surface EMG system for stepping.Use the independent sample T test to compare the angle and the surface EMG data.Result:A,the result of the gait initiation test.(1)During the gait initiation of patients, the horizontal movement of the COP in S1 stage was significantly larger than that of the healthy group, and the vertical displacement was significantly smaller than that of the healthy group. However, there was no significant difference between the patients and the healthy group in S2 stage and S3 stage.(2)Compared with healthy subjects of the same age, there was no significant difference in the angle of ankle joint and hip joint at the moment when the toe-off,and the angle of knee joint was significantly smaller than that of the healthy group. At the moment of heel strike, there was no significant difference in the angle of hip joint between the two groups. The Angle of dorsal extension of ankle joint in Parkinson’s disease patients was significantly smaller than that in healthy control group, and the angle of knee joint was significantly larger than that in healthy control group.(3)Compared with healthy subjects of the same age,in the process of gait initiation, the activation degree of the tibial anterior muscle was significantly smaller than that of thehealthy group, and the activation degree of the gastrocnemius muscle in the stages of S2 and S3 was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group.B,the result of the stepping test.(1)Compared with the healthy group, the angle of the ankle joint was smaller at T1,T2 and T4 stages, and the angle of the knee joint was smaller at T1,T3 and T4 stages, with statistical significance. There was no significant difference in angle at other stages. And there was no significant difference in hip angle.(2)Compared with the healthy group, patients with Parkinson’s disease had higher activation degree of rectus femoris at T4 stage, higher activation degree of biceps femoris and gastrocnemius, and lower activation degree of tibial anterior muscle at stages T1,T3 and T4 overall, all of which were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the degree of muscle activation at other stages.Conclusion:(1)By comparing the COP characteristics of the gait initiation,it was found that the lateral movement of the COP was obvious in the stage S1 of the gait initiation in Parkinson’s patients, and the lateral movement of the COP in S1 stage could be used as an indicator to evaluate the degree of the deviation.(2)By comparing the angle of the joint in gait initiation and stepping,it was found that ankle and knee joint angle of Parkinson’s patients were significantly abnormal, especially in swing stage, the abnormal angle of ankle and knee joint resulting in abnormal foot clearance process. However,in the comparing of hip comparison, found no significant different.(3)By comparing the surface EMG data,it was found that in S2 and S3 phase, the activation of the muscles of the lower leg has the most significant difference. The activation of the biceps femoris, rectus femoris, gastrocnemius of the Parkinson’s patients were larger than that of healthy subjects, and the activation of the tibialis anterior was smaller. The abnormal activation of tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius was the main features of the Parkinson’s patients.
