The development of the education industry is the foundation of the country's political,economic,cultural and other aspects of development,and teachers are the key to the development of the education industry.In the process of operation and development,private colleges and universities in China are facing increasing teaching pressure.In order to gain more core competitiveness and remain invincible,it is necessary to build a team of high-quality and highly skilled professional teachers.The application of scientific management and effective incentives in the construction of teachers' team can not only improve the working enthusiasm of teachers,but also greatly improve the working efficiency of them.But at present,domestic private colleges are facing more complex environment,therefore in the process of carrying out the teachers management and incentive,many problems will appear,which not only affect the teachers' team building,but also make a great impact on the future development of private colleges,even directly affect the domestic education industry as a whole.Therefore,the study on the incentive policy for teachers in private colleges and universities not only conforms to the needs of private colleges and universities,but also provides more help for the development of national education industry.This paper takes Shijiazhuang Vocational Institute of Technology as the research object,and explores its motivation through comparative research method,literature analysis method and quantitative analysis method.Firstly,the background,significance,purpose and development status of this study are comprehensively expounded.Chapter 2 is a comprehensive analysis of the current development status of private higher education in China.This chapter not only explains the concept of private higher education and related concepts,but also makes a comprehensive analysis of the historical development,future development trend and special features of private higher education.In chapter 3,the current domestic non-government education incentive theory are analyzed in theory.Currently,domestic non-governmental education incentive are mainly involves the theory of double factors theory,demand hierarchy theory,expectancy theory and other theories.The comprehensive analysis provides more theory support for the thesis research.In Chapter 4,Shijiazhuang vocational Institute of Technology is taken as the researchsubject.The teachers incentive and management mechanism are analyzed.The researcher finds out the deficiency in the teachers' incentive and management mechanism of the domestic private education and analyzes what caused the problems.In the last chapter,the researcher put forward solutions to the above problems.Those solutions,on one hand,can make the incentive and management mechanism improved,on the other hand they can also make the development of the domestic private teachers incentive and management mechanism faster.Through the study of this paper,the optimization and perfection of incentives has been provided with reference for private higher education including Shijiazhuang Vocational Institute of Technology,which is also conducive to the further development of private education in China.
