Project teaching method is a teaching method which takes the real work task as the main line and aims at cultivating students' comprehensive professional ability.In recent years,the application of project teaching method in tourism management professional course teaching is more and more.However,from the current situation of the implementation of the project teaching method,the problems in the implementation of the project teaching method in the classroom of secondary vocational schools hinder the promotion and further development of the project teaching.In order to put forward the effective solution strategy to the secondary vocational school and the teaching teacher,this paper uses the literature research method,the investigation research method,the case study method to carry on the research,aims to discover many problems in the implementation project teaching,causes it to be able play a more effective role.This paper analyzes the research data of project teaching method at home and abroad,provides the basis for the core concept and related theory of project teaching method,and obtains the enlightenment and the deficiency of project teaching method in teaching practice.This paper analyzes the survey data of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools from the point of view of students,teachers and schools,and analyzes the common problems in the implementation of tourism management major projects in secondary vocational schools: students' subjective consciousness and cognitive ability;rationality of teaching methods,adequacy of teaching preparation and pluralism of teaching evaluation;selection of teaching materials and teaching evaluation Teacher training degree,existing training conditions and teaching environment.At the same time,it analyzes the successful cases of the application of project teaching method,draws lessons from experience,and explores the solutions,such as perfect teaching practice platform;excellent school-based teaching materials;good sense of teamwork;multiple evaluation subjects.Secondly,through its own practice,we try to apply "the practice of accompanying tour guide" to teaching practice,and expound the whole project design,unit project teaching design,task teaching process design layer by layer,and form the teaching design results of the application of project teaching method,which provides some reference for the teaching of tourism management specialty.In this paper,we select the "special problem handling" of item 9 as an example to carry on the teaching,carry on the comparison after the implementation,obtain the teaching effect and deficiency of the application example of the project teaching method,and analyze the existing problems from the point of view of the project teaching process.Finally from the teaching materials,teaching environment and teaching facilities,teachers,students,enterprises to participate in several parties This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of tourism management major in secondary vocational schools and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
