Objective: Many studies have shown that more than 85% of the adolescents in China have abnormal posture and high proportion to the upper cross syndrome,and the survey of many middle and primary schools in Guangzhou and other places has found that the people with cross-syndrome reach 30-40%,the trend of the spread and the younger.The force of the neck of the patient changes,and the anatomical position of the head,the cervical vertebra,the thoracic vertebra and the shoulder blade can also change,the normal mechanical structure is damaged,the compensation mode is gradually formed,the pain and the movement dysfunction are caused,and the physical and mental health of the young people is seriously affected,The intervention of the upper cross syndrome is imminent.Methods: by consulting the relevant data,the causes of upper chiasma syndrome were analyzed,and the effect of intervention at home and abroad was evaluated.Under the guidance of experts,the fifth and sixth grades of Sanyunli Primary School in Guangzhou were taken as the subjects of investigation.In each grade,the experimental group was randomly selected as the class unit,and the comprehensive group and the control group were randomly selected from each group of 32 patients with superior chiasma syndrome as experimental subjects.According to the forward tilt angle of the head,the angle of the eye angle of the ear tip was at an angle between the horizontal plane and the eye angle of the ear tip.The back flexion angle,the distance between the inferior angle of scapula and the deviation angle of scapula were observed and divided into three levels: mild,moderate and severe,which were divided into three levels: mild,moderate and severe,which were divided into three levels: mild,moderate and severe,and were divided into three levels: mild,moderate and severe.,different intervention methods were carried out for 16 weeks,3 times a week and 20min/ times.The experimental group was intervened with physical function training,and the comprehensive group was intervened by strength stretching training.In the control group,the routine physical education classroom teaching without other methods was carried out)and its psychological investigation was carried out.The data before,during and after the experiment were statistically processed by Excel and SPSS software.Results: 1.there was no significant difference between the groups before and after the experiment,but there were significant changes in each degree of upper crosssyndrome between the experimental group and the comprehensive group(P < 0.01).In the control group,most of the indexes did not change significantly,but some of the indexes showed significant deterioration,and the overall control group showed an increasing trend of physical signs.2.there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the comprehensive group in terms of the angle between the eyes of the auricular tip and the horizontal plane and the distance between the medial margin of the scapula with severe sign,except for the mild sign of the auricular apex and the angle between the eyes after the experiment.The changes of other symptoms in the experimental group were better than those in the comprehensive group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The correction effect of mild and moderate symptoms was more obvious than that of severe ones.3.The subjective sensory index of the experimental group was superior to that of the comprehensive group(P <0.01),and the feeling of the exercise intervention was also significantly higher than that of the comprehensive group(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The internal organs are squeezed by the changes of the signs of upper chiasma syndrome,which will bring a lot of adverse effects to the daily life of primary school students,and if the intervention measures are not implemented,the bad signs will be gradually aggravated.Adolescents are in a sensitive period of physical growth and development,so they need timely intervention.2.Physical function training and strength stretching training have significant correction effect on upper chiasma syndrome of primary school students,but the improvement effect of physical function training is more significant.The correction effect of mild and moderate symptoms is more easy to be corrected than that of mild and moderate symptoms.the best period for correction of superior chiasma syndrome is the early and middle stages of superior chiasma syndrome.3.In the process of correcting the upper chiasma syndrome of primary school students,compared with the combined training method of strength stretching,physical function training is more likely to attract the participation interest of patients,which is beneficial to the emergence of correction effect.
