| Scoliosis has become one of the three major health killers of Chinese children and adolescents, and superior cross syndrome is a unique phenomenon of scoliosis.Upper cross syndrome is characterized by neck extension, round shoulder, thoracic kyphosis and wing-shaped shoulder blade, which changes the position of the spine and destroys the mechanical structure, affecting the comprehensive and healthy development of the body and mind of children and adolescents. The state attaches more and more importance to the healthy growth of children and adolescents, schools further strengthen physical education work, pay more attention to physical education curriculum and sports activities, increase the time for physical exercise, effectively improve the physical quality of students. While improving the physical quality,it is necessary to strengthen the students’ learning of the human body structure and posture,so as to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students.Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of upper cross syndrome and the theoretical basis of sports anatomy and sports training, this study designed training methods and implementation programs to enhance the functional stability and coordination of head and neck muscles, shoulder joints, scapula and cervical vertebrae, activate proprioceptors, and improve the flexibility of antagonist muscles.Through targeted PNF stretching training, the effectiveness of the content and program of PNF stretching training to improve the upper cross syndrome was discussed, and the intervention path more suitable for the developmental characteristics of children and adolescents was found. This research mainly adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment, observation and mathematical statistics.108 students of Grade 5 and 6 in Longmen Hao Primary School in Chongqing were evaluated and measured by body shape evaluation form and ZF-JDC Angle rule, and 32 students with upper cross syndrome were screened. The experiment was divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received PNF stretching training, and the control group received strength combined stretching training.30 minutes three times a week. Before and after the intervention, the cervical extension Angle, the round shoulder Angle, the experimental indicators of scapular deviation Angle and the shoulder joint flexion and extension Angle were measured. The experimental index data before and after the intervention were analyzed by independent sample T test and paired sample T test using SPSS25.0 software, and the data of each group were compared, classified and statistical, and the experimental conclusions were drawn.Research results:(1)Horizontal comparison of experimental indexes of PNF stretching training and strength combined stretching training before and after the experiment.Horizontal comparison: The scores of cervical extension Angle were42.06±2.64,49.25±1.57,42.5±3.10,47.81±1.56,P=0<0.01,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment. The round shoulder Angle scores were47.19±1.47,51.25±2.18,47.38±1.71,49.75±2.38,P<0.01,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment. The deviation scores of scapula Angle were21.5±2.66,15.88±1.78,22.06±1.88,19.36±1.75,(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference before and after the experiment.(2)Longitudinal comparison was made between the experimental indexes of PNF stretching training and strength combined stretching training experiment. The longitudinal comparison was as follows: the scores of cervical extension Angle were49.25±2.64 and 47.81±3.10,P=0.0139 < 0.05,showing significant differences. The round shoulder Angle scores were 51.25+1.47,49.75±1.71,P=0.0346 < 0.05.The deviation scores of scapula Angle were 15.88±2.66 and 19.36±1.88,P=0<0.01,and the experiment had a very significant effect.(3)Comparison of shoulder joint flexion and extension angles after PNF stretching training and strength combined stretching training experiment.Comparison:The anterior flexor scores of shoulder joint were 172.75±3.63 and 170.06±3.49,P<0.01,which showed significant difference after the experiment. The posterior extension scores of shoulder joint were 61.36±1.91 and 59.25±2.75,respectively,P<0.01.Conclusions:(1)Through 8-week intervention training, according to the data and results before and after the experiment,it was verified that PNF stretching training combined with strength stretching training had significant effects on improving the neck extension, round shoulder Angle and scapular deviation of students with upper cross syndrome in grade 3-5 and 6.(2)After 8 weeks of intervention training, the effect of strength-combined stretching training on the improvement of head inclination Angle was more obvious than that of PNF stretching training for the cervical extension problem of upper cross syndrome.(3)After 8 weeks of intervention training,PNF stretching training was more effective than strength-combined stretching training in improving round shoulder and scapular deflection of upper cross syndrome(4)After 8 weeks of PNF stretching training and strength combined stretching training for primary school students with upper cross syndrome, the range of shoulder joint forward extension and back extension activity increased. The effect of PNF stretching training on improving the Angle of shoulder joint forward flexion and back extension activity was slightly better than that of strength combined stretching training.(5)The results of the study showed that exercise intervention had a significant effect on improving the upper cross syndrome, and it was a comprehensive treatment approach that was safer, more convenient and closer to the characteristics of children and adolescents’ learning situation and curriculum. |
