Analysis On The Development Of Competitive Swimming In Zhejiang,Jiangsu And Anhui Province From The Achievements Of The Last Three National Games

In 2019,Anhui Province has actively responded to the national sports power construction strategy,and proposed and development goals of Anhui Sports Power Province.However,from the perspective of the development of sports in Anhui Province in recent years,Anhui Sports Development still faces many difficulties and problems.So this article uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,and comparative analysis to analyzes the results of the recent three National Games and analyze the development of competitive swimming in Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Anhui provinces and the reference to Anhui,intended to provide reserve talents for promoting competitive swimming in Anhui Province and a solid guarantee to contribute to the construction of Anhui's strong sports province,the research conclusions are as follows:1.Throughout the development of the competition setup of swimming events of the last three National Games,provinces and cities have caused the advantages of competitive events to be transferred within the provinces and cities through the game of competitive strength.The development of competitive swimming events is a dynamic process.The strength alternation between cities and regions is inseparable from its policy orientation,mass base,competitive talent reserve,economic investment,and competitive strength.The transfer of overall strength and superiority in the swimming project area embodies a shift from Shanghai and the PLA to the Zhejiang provincial team.The swimming policy of Anhui Province lacks scientificity and effectiveness,and the publicity is poor.2.The difference test found that there were significant differences in the types and numbers of medals won by competitive swimming in Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province in three National Games(P <0.01).Zhejiang Provincial Team became the "leader" of Chinese swimming field,maintains an advantage in the total number of medals and gold medals,and increases the further advantage in personal events.The overall level of the Jiangsu provincial team has gradually improved,maintaining its advantages in the number of gold medals and total medals in breaststroke and butterfly of the women's 100 meter stroke.The Anhui provincial team has made little progress with no medals to enter the account.The backward competition management system and insufficient financial investment in Anhui Province have led to insufficient basic training investment,and the limitationsof coaches' knowledge structure cannot adapt to the development trend,the contradiction between amateur training and cultural learning is striking,and the worry of career prospects from only child's parents result in the shortage of reserve talents.These problems directly lead to the shortage of regional reserve athletes,mobility difficulties,low talent rate and high elimination rate,to a certain extent,which restrict the cultivation of reserve athletes and development of swimming sports in Anhui Province.suggestions below:1.Give play to the coordinated development effect of competitive swimming policies.By fully considering the actual development of competitive swimming in Anhui Province,creating a scientific and effective policy implementation mechanism,effectively promoting the effective implementation of the rapid development of competitive swimming policy,and fully mobilizing relevant departments and social forces and strengthen the advocation in the platform like new media(WeChat public account,Tiktok,etc.),the competitive swimming events in Anhui Province have been rapidly developed.2.Improve the training venues,facilities and funding guarantee system for competitive swimming in Anhui Province.The establishment of corresponding sports venues,sports facilities and sports equipment maintenance institutions,the establishment of sports event organizations and preparatory groups,with multi-channel funding support,perfecting swimming training venues and infrastructure is support for the development of regional competitive swimming comprehensive strength;Strengthen the construction and training of coaches.Establishing a complete job training system for coaches and updating training concepts,multi-channel selecting and cultivating sports management teams,adhering the combination of the policy of independent training and active introducing talents,improving incentive and reward policies,introducing and hiring high-level sports coaches with rich experience and strong practical ability,Opening recruitment from other provinces and countries,strengthening the training of young coaches,enhancing coaches' innovative awareness,updating training concepts,increasing investment in amateur training funds,and improving the scientific level of training;Strengthen athletes' selection and training.Aiming at issues such as the division of the training system and the single effective training model,the top-level design strategy for multi-cultivation and integrated development and the specifictalent training process are formulated.Formulating a scientific talent training program,optimizing the selection method of competitive talents,promoting the campus swimming plan,optimizing the selection methods and broadening the selection channels of competitive talents based on the characteristics of the competitive swimming project and project development layout.
