Since the reform and opening up,especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous improvement of China's national economic level,automobiles as a means of transportation have gradually entered the homes of ordinary people and become an important part of daily commuting.Cars bring convenience to mass travel,but also bring many problems.One of the important issues is how to properly manage the growing number of cars.Colleges and universities,as the main place for talent training,have concentrated personnel and crowded people.Under the background of the continuous popularization of automobiles,the increasing number of motor vehicles on campuses has seriously affected the road traffic safety on the campus,and due to the lack of effective vehicle management system in most colleges and universities,the phenomenon of disorderly parking and disorderly placing is becoming more and more serious,which is easy to cause traffic jams,but also has a bad impact on the appearance of the school.Based on the existing campus security monitoring data,this thesis uses a comprehensive vehicle identification method to realize the continuous recording of the vehicle's driving trajectory in the school and the real-time monitoring of parking lot occupancy,and integrates with the original school entrance license plate recognition system,so as to complete the continuous monitoring of vehicles from the entrance to the school and then to the exit,and realize the full range of vehicles in the school At the same time,we use the shortest path algorithm to indicate the best parking area.This thesis mainly completed the following aspects:1.Through a comprehensive analysis of traditional vehicle detection technology and the actual situation in the school,the vehicle detection algorithm based on YOLOv3 is used to complete the real-time detection of the vehicle.On this basis,through the integration of the open-source Chinese license plate recognition system Easy PR,multi-scale convolution neural network and FCNN convolution neural network and other related technologies,the further recognition of the vehicle details is realized.The above methods are integrated to realize the real-time monitoring of road vehicles and parking lot vehicles,so as to meet the requirements of recording vehicle driving path and monitoring the real-time status of parking lot.At the same time,Dijkstra shortest path algorithm is used to guide the parking routes of vehicles in the school,which meets the needs of vehicle parking guidance in school.2.Based on the grasp of the driving path and vehicle information of the campus and the analysis of the real-time data of the parking lot,through the integration of the original schoolgate license plate recognition system,this thesis designs a vehicle management system suitable for the use of the campus.According to different types of users,this system develops the user side based on WeChat applet for ordinary users and the web user side for managers.Ordinary users can query vehicle information,current and historical driving records on their mobile phones,and can also obtain parking guidance information and departure payment,so that users can conduct vehicle management intuitively and conveniently.The administrator user web terminal implements various functions such as entrance and exit control,parking lot monitoring,user management,vehicle related information query,and vehicle data statistics,which provides a suitable platform for the standardized management of vehicles in the school.Based on the actual needs of campus,this thesis applies vehicle identification technology and shortest path algorithm to design a comprehensive system that can standardize the management of vehicles in colleges and universities.Through the study of this system,it is possible to rationally optimize the parking lot resources in the school,save labor management costs,improve the traffic efficiency and road traffic safety level of the school,improve the work efficiency of managers,reduce the difficulty of work,and improve the convenience of users to achieve intelligent,reasonable and efficient management of vehicles in campus.
