In the past decade or two,the rapid development of China's intelligent urbanization and the gradual increase of rural population's one-way urban mobility have brought great sustained pressure on public security construction and urban traffic management in urban construction.Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)is a hotspot for the construction and management of intelligent cities.The bayonet data,mobile communication data and traffic network data are important data needed to build an ITS.It is also the basic data for modern urban planning and construction and traffic management.Based on the map data,mobile communication data and vehicle information data of card port,this paper intelligently analyses the vehicle trajectory which on the traffic network fused with mobile communication data,and establishes a similarity measure method for different types of trajectory data.Through similarity measurement,it is possible to find the vehicle trajectory that is highly matched with a certain mobile communication trajectory,and provide a reference for the method of "from mobile phone,vehicle to person" in the process of police criminal detection,and provide technical reference for the intelligent public security platform.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the extraction of traffic network.Map data are obtained from Openstreetmap,which is an open source map database.ArcGIS software and Python are used to analysis and data cleaning,and the traffic network data of the target area are extracted.Secondly,the processing of mobile communication data and bayonet vehicle data.For mobile communication data,this paper uses Viterbi algorithm to map the positioning data based on COO(Cell of Origin)and matches mobile communication data to the traffic network of the target area.For the bayonet data,the data is first cleaned and sorted,Then,the map matching method based on Dijkstra is used to match the trajectory data of the bayonet to the traffic network of the target area.A complete vehicle network trajectory data based on the traffic network is formed to solve the problem of sparsity of the bayonet trajectory.Thirdly,bayonet data and mobile communication data are fused,and the trajectory data are analysis intelligently by Fréchet distance.Given a certain communication information data,using Fréchet trajectory similarity measure method,through global search,the vehicle trajectory highly matched with the communication information data is found,so that the vehicle can be positioned from the communication information.And by this method,the trajectory of communication information can be updated to vehicle network trajectory,and the inaccuracy of mobile communication trajectory can be corrected.
