Study On The Current Situation Of College Students' Ideal And Belief In The New Era And The Educational Countermeasures

Ideal and belief is a kind of spiritual phenomenon unique to human beings,it is the concentrated embodiment of people's world outlook,outlook on life and values in terms of their goals.Lofty ideals and beliefs can stimulate people's enthusiasm and creativity,and they are indispensable spiritual guides and motivations for people's survival and development.Contemporary college students shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Their ideals and beliefs are closely related to their personal growth and development,and to the future of the country.It contributes to upholding and consolidating the guiding position of the Marxist ideology,adhering to the correct political orientation and value orientation to help college students set up their firm ideals and beliefs.It helps to resist the influence of various wrong ideas,to stimulate their strong sense of responsibility and mission for national rejuvenation and people's happiness,to get the hang of building the motherland and serving the people.However,due to the extremely complex situation at home and abroad,the collision of various cultural Zeitgeist and the increasingly complex and intensified conflict between different ideologies,college students,to some extent,are affected and faced with severe challenges in the process of establishing their firm ideals and beliefs.Based on the in-depth study of the information about ideal and belief and the research results at home and abroad,this paper sorts out the relevant concepts of ideal and belief,analyzes the characteristics of ideals and beliefs of college students and the significance of strengthening college students' ideals and beliefs.On this basis,the questionnaire method is adopted to investigate the current situation of ideals and beliefs of college students from five colleges and universities in Shenyang.Through data analysis and research,it concludes that there are some problems of college students in the new era,such as the lack of firmness of ideals and beliefs,the excessive pursuit of personal values,the lack of social responsibility,the disunity of knowledge and practice,and the absence of faith of certain students.Then it uses the method from concrete to abstract to find out the deep-seated causes of the existing problems,that is,the impact of multiculturalism on college students' ideals and beliefs,the adverse influence of new media on college students' ideals and beliefs,and the inadequate ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and the impact of college students' individual psychological characteristics.Finally,in view of the problems and causes of contemporary college students' ideal and belief,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as giving full play to the leading role of scientific theories,improving the information supervision mechanism of new media platform,giving full play to the main position role of college Students' ideal and belief education,and strengthening the self-education function of college students' firm ideals and beliefs,so as to strengthen the ideal and belief education for contemporary college students and guide them establish lofty ideals and beliefs gradually.
