With the continuous advancement of basic education reform,the country has achieved fruitful results in education reform.The "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" officially issued in 2018 takes the core literacy of the subject as the purpose of the curriculum implementation.The concept of life occupies the first place in the core literacy of the biology subject and is an element with unique biological characteristics.Therefore,The cultivation of the concept of life is an important step to realize the value of biological education.Based on the theory of constructivism and the theory of all-round development of human beings,the analysis is carried out with the module of "Molecules and Cells" in high school biology of Shanghai Science and Education Press(Shanghai Science and Education Edition)as an example.First of all,through the literature research method to collect the relevant documents of the life concept,and dig out the connotation of the life concept.Secondly,analyze the "Molecules and Cells" module from the perspectives of structure and function view,matter and energy view,inheritance and evolution view,homeostasis and balance view,information view,system view,life generation and development view,and life particularity.Through research,it is found that this module contains a wealth of life concept materials,including the language expression of the textbook focusing on reflecting the concept of life,the textbook layout focusing on showing the concept of life,and the overall structure of the textbook focusing on the concept of life.Thirdly,through a questionnaire survey of the current status of life concept cultivation in high school biology teaching,it is found that some teachers do not understand the connotation of life concept and the necessity of cultivating life concept.The cultivation of life concept in biology teaching needs to be further strengthened.In order to better guide the cultivation of life concepts,the corresponding teaching practice was carried out based on the "Molecules and Cells" module.Through the comparison of the questionnaire survey results before and after the practice,it was found that the students' life concept literacy had been improved,and the teaching practice achieved certain results.Based on the analysis of the textbook content of this module and the results of the questionnaire survey,the recommendations are as follows: organize teacher training to promote concept changes;schools optimize learning environment and cultivate life concepts;teachers strengthen their own learning and improve education and teaching capabilities;students improve learning methods and actively construct Concept of life.Through the research on the module of "Molecules and Cells",it provides certain theoretical and practical guidance for cultivating students' concept of life in the teaching process.
