| Efficacy belief has a moderating effect on people's behaviour,it can't cause people's behaviour,but has a regulating effect on the occurrence of people's behaviour and affects the result of people's behaviour.Dragon boat racing is a highly interdependent team sport,the level of collective efficacy of athletes has a great influence on the team performance.Collective efficacy will affect the commitment of the team's efforts and provide the motivation for team members to continue moving forward in the face of failure.The paper takes the collective efficacy of college dragon boat athletes in sports as the research object.The keystone of this paper is to explore the impact of goal setting and success or failure attribution on the collective efficacy and the relationship between the collective efficacy and sports performance.The paper uses the method of literature to understand the function,measurement and cultivation of collective efficacy in the field of sports.Based on the four main information sources of collective efficacy(enactive mastery experiences,vicarious experience,verbal persuasion and physiological and affective states),combined with the characteristics of the dragon boat racing,the study aims to cultivate the collective efficacy of the dragon boat team through experimental methods.The paper analyzes the collective efficacy in training and competition by the methods of questionnaires,interviews and mathematical statistics.The experimental results show that the change trend of the collective efficacy is positively related to the training performance in the training stage.In the competition stage,the coach sets the goal according to the level of the team's ability.The level of collective efficacy is positivelyrelated to the difficulty of the goal.For example,the difficulty of the goal is suitable to be challenging,and the level of collective efficacy is also high.Successful competition experience can effectively improve the level of collective efficacy.The team with high collective efficacy attributes the failure of competition experience to internal controllable factors(effort)or external uncontrollable factors(luck).Based on the analysis and discussion of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn in the study:(1)With the improvement of dragon boat team's skill level,the level of collective efficacy was also improved when four information sources of collective efficacy were specifically intervened in the process of skill training.Collective efficacy is positively correlated with sports performance,and a higher level of collective efficacy can help athletes maintain a better competitive condition.The training preparation time from march to June is long and the training effect is good.Therefore,the change of collective efficacy increases steadily.The training preparation time from September to December is short,so the change of collective efficacy is not stable.(2)It is beneficial to promote the development of the collective efficiency to set difficult and challenging goals according to the capabilities of the team.(3)The experience of the game has a greater impact on collective efficacy than the usual training.(4)Successful competition experience can effectively improve the level of collective efficacy,and correct attribution to the experience of failure can maintain the level of collective efficacy.(5)The dragon boat team with a high sense of collective efficacy regulates its behavior through the selected tasks and environment types,and promotes the dragon boat team to adopt a positive approach to shape successful team behavior.The training preparation time from September to December is short,and the cooperation training in September is not good,which has a great influence on the sports performance and the collective efficacy.Therefore,the collective efficacy showed a downward trend on the whole. |
