The rapid development of Internet technology has impacted traditional education and brought new breakthroughs to the education industry.The emergence of Internet education has broken the space-time constraints of traditional education and provided a new model for knowledge transmission and learning.With the emergence of the Internet education investment boom in 2013,China's Internet education industry has entered an era of rapid development.However,the rapid development of Internet education has brought opportunities,but also brought many uncertain factors,which has also led to high financial risks for Internet education companies.This article elaborates on the necessity of researching the financial risk of Internet education companies against the background of the rapid development of the Internet education industry.Based on relevant theories and combined with reality,the listed Internet education company 51 Talk is used as an example to identify and evaluate its financial risks.Prevent research.First,based on the classification of financial risks and the actual situation of the Internet education industry,this article briefly analyzes the financial risks faced by the industry;second,it uses univariate analysis to analyze 51Talk's various financial indicators and identify their Various risks faced,combined with the revised Z-Score model and F-score model to evaluate its overall financial risk;Finally,from the three perspectives of finance,operation and management,this paper puts forward targeted and practical prevention and management suggestions for the financial risks of 51 talk.Through the analysis of 51 Talk financial risks,I hope to provide reference help for 51 Talk and similar companies in the industry.
