The native family is one of the important places for the re-socialization of crime-related youth, and the play of family functions is one of the important factors that influence the success of the re-socialization of crime-related youth.Since 2003,the M District of Shanghai has started to provide professional social work services for the re-socialization of young people involved in crimes, and has achieved certain service results during this period. However,in the course of carrying out services, social work is insufficiently involved in the families of crime-related youths, and promoting the re-socialization of crime-related youths by improving family functions has not yet achieved significant results. The article takes the juveniles involved in crimes with conditional non-prosecution in the “Minor Judicial Protection Social Work Affairs Acceptance Center” in M District of Shanghai as the research object.During the investigation,it is found that the native family has a greater impact on the re-socialization of the juveniles involved in crime.Different family types, family support, and family upbringing methods are the three major factors that affect the re-socialization of crime-related youths by native families. At present, social work services for young families involved in crimes are limited. The article mainly analyzes the current status of social work and the problems encountered during the development from the macro and micro levels. From a macro perspective, the dilemma of social work support for families of crime-related youth mainly includes three aspects: First, the lack of awareness of social work involvement in families of crime-related youth. At this stage, social work services are mainly carried out at the individual level of the young people involved in the crime, and the content and method of intervention at the family level are single. The second is that social work is involved in the shortage of resources in the family system of juveniles involved in crimes. On the one hand, there is a lack of family service resources;on the other hand, there is a shortage of diverse social work teams. The third is that social work is not smoothly connected with the families of criminal youths. The social cooperation of the young people involved in the social work service is not high.In addition, geographical factors make it difficult for social workers to intervene in the family. At a micro level, the dilemma of social work's intervention in families of crime-related youths is mainly analyzed from three aspects: First, social work is inaccurate in identifying the causes of crime-related youths' family problems. The main reason is that social work does not have a comprehensive analysis of the family factors that affect the re-socialization of crime-related youth, and the work of classifying and integrating family types is not in place. The second is that social work is not very effective in interfering with the change of family power of young people involved in crime.Social work is difficult to promote qualitative changes in families, such as coping with multiple family role issues, intervening in changes in traditional family education concepts, and insufficient service training for families. The third is that social work has not improved the quality of family interactions of young people involved in crime.Social work has encountered problems in promoting the transformation of family communication models, promoting the reconstruction of family rules, and intervening in ways to improve parent-child relationships.Proceeding from the problems existing in the social work intervention of the youth-related crimes at the current stage, relevant intervention strategies are proposed from the macro and micro levels.Macro-level remedies for the absence of social work in the involvement of offender-related young families mainly include coordinating and advancing the integration of social forces to provide the required resources, increasing government efforts to purchase judicial social work services, and building a juvenile judicial social work talent team.Improve the intervention path of social work to the families of young people involved in crime at the micro level.First, social work involves the involvement of criminal young families in different types.According to different family education methods, four social work intervention modes are summarized, namely, the authoritarian family education weakening model(strengthening family members' dominance, strengthening family education and supervision),and the parent-child mediation model of abusive families(strengthening the positive of family members Guiding and improving the wrong direction of family education),the intensified model of laissez-faire families(giving social workers the right to ensure the legitimacy of their third-party status,parent-child mediation to promote the effective functioning of the family),and the family guiding model of doting families(reducing families Dominate the effort to establish a safe parent-child attachment relationship;improving the family environment and parent-child relationship is the key),promote social work to better intervene in the original family, and help the offending youth to better complete the re-socialization.Second,increase the motivation of the families involved in crime-related youth. It mainly starts from three aspects: grasping multiple family roles, changing traditional family education concepts, and carrying out family training services for young people involved in crime.Third,we will improve the quality of family communication of young people involved in crime by promoting the transformation of family communication models of young people involved in crime, restructuring the family rules of young people involved in crime, and developing diverse parent-child services.
