Resilience refers to the individual ability to adapt, and change when they encounter difficulties and setbacks. It is the ability to find healthy coping strategies when in the crisis or stress situation, and still stay healthy, upward state of mind and behavior in adverse situation.Teenagers are easily to get vulnerable to adverse factors,because of the special period of physiological and psychological.If teenagers can not deal with difficulties and setbacks correctly, they would make the behavior to the extreme in dealing with problems, and would cause other problems.Family is the initial place of individual socialization, the biggest and longest influence on the individual.Studies are divided into four steps, first of all, from expanding the complaints of the current problems teenagers to label, to rid of the single patient role, and to make the family members recognize that the of the individual family member is actually the whole family’s problem.The second step,mainly explore the interaction of maintaining problem, to make family members to interact with teenagers with support observation.The third step, concentrated explorate the past structurely, to seek relief for now.The fourth step, to encourage the family members to cooperate and let them take an active part in shaping family benign interaction.Family social work intervention can improve teenagers’ resilience and make them to respond the dilemma actively.That would lay the groundwork for their future and can provide useful life experience for them.
