Parent-child communication is the process of communication between parents and children through information and emotion.Good parent-child communication is conducive to the healthy development of children's physical and mental health and family harmony.Therefore,social work needs to pay attention to the child-child family's parent-child communication.This article relies on the project of Xiamen H community,according to the results of the preliminary investigation of the project,found that the community part of the child family and child family communication problems,parents of children's psychological attention is not enough,accompanied by children can not wholeheartedly,lack of effective parent-child communication skills.Do not want to talk to their parents inner feelings.On this basis,this paper uses the group work intervention and the case counseling way to improve the level of parent-child communication.Social workers in the group work involved in the process,to 6-12 year old children and their parents as the object of service,recruited seven groups of parent-child participation in the group work,through interviews with members to understand their needs,design and carry out the "kiss my baby" Work for the theme of the group.The group worked for six more sessions for more than a month to intervene to improve parental parenting skills.The final effectiveness assessment includes process assessment and outcome assessment.The process evaluates the process of parent-child interaction observed and recorded by social workers,and the assessment found that the communication effect of the members was improved.The results were mainly assessed by the "Parent-Child Communication Self-Assessment Questionnaire",the "Satisfaction Questionnaire" and the follow-up visit to the panel members after the group's work was completed."Family communicationself-evaluation questionnaire" is the expression,listening,emotional experience,empathy thinking several aspects,to score,found that after the intervention of six families to improve the score,a family did not change;"satisfaction questionnaire"The results show that the satisfaction rate as high as 90%or more;after the group work,the team members to track the return visit and found that some parents have mastered the communication skills,parent-child communication has been from the activities of the content,the target expectations,the satisfaction of the workers to assess the results show that the satisfaction rate of up to 90%improve.The involvement of the case work,social workers on a proactive help team members to carry out case work for a period of more than a month,the intervention process is divided into three stages,first clarify the client's understanding of parent-child communication,and then encourage their participation in parent-child activities,The performance of the clients is improved,and the parent-child relationship is improved,and the service effect is remarkable.The results show that the service object is improved and the parent-child relationship is improved.Finally,this paper summarizes the empirical methods of improving parent-child communication and makes a profound reflection on the social work methods,hoping to provide some practical reference experience for the study of social work to improve parent-child communication.
