The Design And Development On Financial Management System

With the continuous development of the socialist mar ket economy and improvement of clamor for the change of government function is higher and higher,and therefore puts forward higher and higher on the standardization of the government financial management requirements.Current government financial managemen t have a series of problems that restrict the development of the government service economy,so the investigation of government financial management,has important theoretical significance and practical value,is advantageous to the government to better se rvice economy,promote the development of economy and society.Based on the government of district for application background,we do some demands research on local government and each departmentscarefully.In this paper,the feasibility of the system development was demonstrated,and use cases which different roles could play were scientifically divided by advanced software engineering analysis tools.Moreover,models of corebusiness processes were established,thereby the system requirements were refi ned,and architecture and function module system were designed,and in turn conceptual models and logical models of the database were built.Finally the various functions of the system were achieved using ASP.NET technology,and the errors found were corre cted after the system has been thoroughly tested from three levels of interface,functionality and performance,which ensured the system to meetfunctional and non-functionalneeds.In the aspect of system design,this paper mainly do research on the followi ng aspects:Firstly,in terms of system architecture we design the system with B/S three layer model based on the existing network in frastructure.In this solution the client only need to install a standard browser,can ensure the user operated business f riendly and simplicity.In order to be convenient to maintenance,we centralized software development and application at the server end.Secondly,in the aspects of system design,the system requirements and development background were detailed introduced in the paper.Based on that,the system design goal was putted forward.Finally,the function module division and database structure were determined.Thirdly,in the system security,we combined the network transmission encryption protocol SSL with databas e security mechanism and established database security proxy.The model will insure the security of data transmission from client end to server end.The results show that the system not only meets functional requirements of all kinds of roles,but also enhances the user experience through a friendly interface designed.Besides,security can hit the spot of financial system.
