| The rapid development of digitalization makes the services and application scenarios carried by the Internet are becoming more and more extensive.Various types of websites are emerging one after another and the competition is fierce. The demand for increasing the number of valid registered users is very strong especially for commercial websites. Therefore, registration and login become an indispensable process for many websites and applications. However,"registration" is always reminiscent of a form that cannot be filled out,a password that is always wrong or forgotten,a waste of time, and a leak of personal privacy. The necessity, ease of use,and security of registration and login become important factors in the user experience. The innovation of this thesis is to construct a model of the influence mechanism of the interactive experience of website registration and login on the user's behavioral willingness based on user needs, combining technology acceptance model, user experience theory and user satisfaction theory.A new perspective is provided for the study of how user needs and user experience affect user behavior, expanding the scope of research. This thesis examines the registration of computer Internet applications, pays attention to users'needs for registration and login, personal privacy concerns, and experience of entering passwords,as well as the demand that the website requires user's registration and their personal information for profit purposes in order to explore users'feelings and behavioral willingness.Firstly, through user interviews and grounded theory research, the user's needs analysis was carried out.Secondly, based on the technology acceptance model, user experience theory and satisfaction theory, the conceptual model of the research is constructed.Five variables:perceived usefulness, cognitive trust, perceived expectation matching, satisfaction, and behavioral willingness are proposed. At the same time, password input attempts is introduced into the research model as a regulatory variable to study its impact on user's satisfaction of registration and usage behavior. Finally, according to the Analytic Hierarchy process, the evaluation index of the website registration and registration is determined.Link the website evaluation indicators and conceptual models, then discover the correspondence between the elements of the website and the user. Moreover, provide some reference and suggestions for the website to design a more concise and efficient registration and login interface. |
