As people's living standards improve,the phone has gradually developed from a luxury to now very popular consumer electronics products.Booming domestic market,a good industrial chain,low production cost,superior ability to imitate and flexible business strategies has brought a unique competitive advantage to the domestic mobile industry,but the years of rapid development has also brought some problems,such as product quality problems.Against this backdrop,mobile property testing becomes a hot topical research issue.To enhance the product competitiveness,ensure the quality,increase the yield and reduce the costs,the exploitation of an automated testing system that can fully and quickly test the property of the mobile is bound to become an essential part of the research and fabrication of the mobile.This paper has designed an automatic mobile testing system based on FPGA by constructing the hardware platform and software system and has designed and realized by dividing the system into multiple modules according to the function.The entire test system includes the FPGA control module,CC3200 communication module,Wi-Fi performance miniature test base module and real-time display control module.The main function of The FPGA control module is the acquisition of the power and the temperature,the adjustability of the output voltage and on and off control of the USB interface,the control of the RF signal power of the miniature base and the communication with the CC3200 communication module.The Altera's Cyclone Ⅱ is used as the main chip.System adopts low resistance measurement shunt method with high precision four-terminal resistance to realize the power detection and the interface temperature of the mobile phone is detected by the DS18B20,contemporarily the one of many analog power switch is used to control the output voltage of mobile phones USB interface.The CC3200 communication module is to be achieved the information interaction between the FPGA control module and the PC host by the use of Wi-Fi communications technology.The module uses the CC3200 as the main chip,using the SPI interface to communicate with the FPGA control module and adopt the TCP client mode to communicate with the PC host.The Wi-Fi property miniature test base module is designed to simulate the channel environment.The module achieves the environmental simulation of different communication distances by controlling the strength of the antenna signal.The Real-time display control section use the Win32 Applications of the Visual Studio to achieve the real-time display of the mobile hardware property parameters,while achieving the adjustable output voltage,the switches and the attenuation factor of the RF signals through the PC.
