With the arrival of the Internet+era,the development of new information technology and the changing demand of archival users have raised higher requirements for the improvement of the public service capacity of the archives.At the same time,In the National Archives 13^thFive-year Plan,It also proposed to improve the public service capacity of archives and meet the public awareness and satisfaction of the archives'service better.In the background of social developing environment and policy requirements,the archives must make changes in their own service.with new ideas and new information technology of the Internet+,the archives can change management concept and service,so as to exert the function of archives as a public service agency.With the Internet+era coming,the environment has brought the management concept,technology and developing opportunities to the archive's service.And the necessity of improving archives'service ability.Then through on-the-spot investigation and online research methods,take a certain archives as an example,the article analyzes the present situation of its public service ability and puts forward a series of strategies,First it aims at different groups'demand of the general public,professional researchers and government researchers,insisting on cross-border innovation,open sharing,users'guide,the application of new information technology as the basic principle.Secondly the archives should upgrade the software and hardware facilities of archives,train archivists new technology application ability,and enriching the collection by using cloud computing platform to carry out the integration of interlibrary cooperation;Thirdly the archives can provide personalized service for different people by using new media,large data information technology and so on.Finally O2O mode can be used to establish different service and feedback mechanism of the archives.The author wishes the above strategies can provide a reference for the comprehensive archives'public service.
