Study On The User Experience Of Movable Health Management Application For White-collar Workers

The health condition of white collar workers who busily work within office buildings and dress in fancy suits is really a serious problem that no one can be too optimistic when considering.The problem of sub-health is even more obvious due to unhealthy working habit.With the rise of the concept of "whole health," the concept of total health has been respected.More and more people,including white-collar workers,are beginning to pay attention to their own health and are willing to take the initiative in health management.With the advent of the experience economy and the development of mobile Internet technology,user experience has gradually become the key competitiveness of products.Users' requirements for products to be available,easy to use,and gradually developed into being easy to use.There are also new expectations for the design and development of movable health management applications.This Study aims at helping white collar workers to manage health efficiently.On the basis of analyzing theories on sub-health and health management,this Study focuses on the research on elements and strategies of health management application cases,and makes a summary of the user-experience oriented design methods.Based on the behavioral observation,in-depth interviews and questionnaires of white-collar workers,this paper establishes the target user role model,summarizes the user's needs,and uses the Kano Model to evaluate the demand level of the products.These have been basis for the practice of design of movable health management applications for white collar workers.It finally sums up the research and design experience for the development of health management applications to provide theoretical support.This study actively responds to the concept of "whole health",appealing to people,especially white collar workers to pay attention to health,in the hope that it will initiate more study on health management,and together,more efficient health management solutions and development of new technology in the field of health management will be explored.
