Ernst Cassirer's Communication Thoughts Research

Ernst.Cassirer is one of the most important Western philosophers of the 20 th century.As a promoter of the linguistic turn of modern Western philosophy in the 20 th century,Cassirer's thoughts are full of symbolic and logic,and he is also one of the first scholars to adapt to this trend of thought.As the representative of the Neo-Kantianism Marburg school,Casile was once equally famous as Einstein,Dewey,Russell,and other scholars.He is honored as: “One of the most highly respected figures in contemporary philosophy,and a scholar with the most encyclopedic knowledge in the field of thought.” Cassirer has not only made achievements in the field of modern Western philosophy,but also has studied a wide range of fields.We can find traces of Cassirer's ideas in many subject systems,besides philosophy,there are also psychology,aesthetics,logic,linguistics,and so on.Western philosophy has also begun to develop toward new disciplines or interdisciplines under the promotion of Cassirer.Communication studies mainly developed in the 40 s and 50 s of the 20 th century.Although Casile had died at this time,like Marx,Simmel and Freud,his ideas became the cornerstone of the construction of communication studies.In particular,Cassirer was once the tutor of Lewin,a pioneer of communication,and had a very important influence on Lewin's establishment of Group Dynamics.As for the theory proposed by Cassirer himself,many of his thoughts are worth learning for communication studies,such as the humanistic thinking in the process of news dissemination,mythological thinking and communication,the importance of symbols in communication etc.This article is to analyze the influence of Cassirer's cultural philosophy on the field of communication,and to integrate Cassirer's theoretical ideas into a generalized system of dissemination with extensibility,and to broaden the research perspective of communication science.It also finds a reasonable methodolog.It also finds a reasonable methodological explanation for various propagation phenomena.
