| In the global smartphone market,China's popularity of smartphones and the holdings of smartphones are in the first class.With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,the change frequency of mobile phone in China will be quicker,and the stock of secondhand mobile phones in our country needs to be digested.The disposal and the recycling of the secondhand mobile phone also become the next possible growth point of our country's economy.There are also a number of professional third party platforms for the recycling of secondhand mobile phones in the market.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of the second mobile phone recycling market,analyzes three mainstream secondhand mobile phones recycling mode which leading roles are respectively mobile phone manufacturers,mobile phone distributors,third party enterprises,builds secondhand mobile phone recycling model,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each model.Then research and analyze the Cterminal recovery methods of secondhand mobile phone recycling mode.The preliminary conclusion is that the current mainstream recovery method is the online and offline combined method which is also called O2 O.Enterprise A is a third party enterprise specializing in recycling of secondhand mobile phone,and its C-terminal recovery method is O2 O combined recovery method.Users can estimate their phones online and recycle their phones by mail,door-to-door services,and offline smartphone recycling stations.In the secondhand mobile phone recycling mode adopted by enterprise A,how to reduce the cost of reverse logistics of phone recycling is one of the concerns of the enterprise.This paper studies this actual case scenario.In this paper,on the basis of the research status of the secondhand mobile phone recycling reverse logistics path optimization,the Ant Colony Algorithm is adopted to optimize the path in view of the actual problems.First of all,through the study of ant colony algorithm,summarize two main reasons of the Ant Colony Algorithm's low speed problem.One is that travel information is not fully utilized.The other is error enlargement caused by positive feedback system.According to the two problems,the solution is proposed and the original ant colony algorithm is optimized.Through the mathematic example analysis,the superiority of the optimized ant colony algorithm is verified.Use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the weight model of path selection factor and generate the final path selection weight table.Use optimized ant colony algorithm to solve the actual case to get the best path of the reverse logistics of the secondhand mobile phone recycling,and compare it with the path selected by the original ant colony algorithm and the nearest rule,and verify the superiority of the algorithm again.Finally,the contents of this paper are summarized and prospected,which will be prepared for further research. |
