In recent years,the communications industry has developed rapidly,mobile phone update iterations have accelerated,and the number of used mobile phones has increased day by day.Faced with a large number of used mobile phones,how to properly dispose of them is a hot issue of widespread public concern.In addition to protecting the environment and reducing social pollution,the rationalization of used mobile phones can also reduce production costs and increase the probability of reuse of resources,which is conducive to the establishment of a good corporate image.The main problem in the recycling of used mobile phones is to choose a suitable recycling method and construct a corresponding recycling network.On the basis of consulting many documents,this article will discuss the issue of proper disposal of used mobile phones from two aspects: recycling mode and construction of recycling network.First of all,the relevant theoretical knowledge is explained to pave the way for the research on the recovery mode and network construction in the following article.Secondly,in accordance with the actual situation,this article aims to maximize the profits of mobile phone manufacturers,and constructs three Internet-based recycling model decision models,namely the manufacturer establishes the Internet recycling platform model,the retailer establishes the Internet recycling platform model,and the third-party recycling process The business established an Internet recycling platform model and solved it based on the Stackelberg game theory.It analyzed the disposal cost of used mobile phones and the unit operating cost of related mobile phone recycling to determine the degree of change in the parameter values.The results of the selection will provide decision-making recommendations for mobile phone manufacturers.Third,it focuses on the establishment of an Internet recycling platform model by third-party recycling and processing companies,and plans to construct recycling networks from the three levels of waste mobile phone recycling,dismantling,and waste processing,and establish recycling points,recycling storage,professional treatment,and harmless treatment.The four-tier recycling network formed by the four centers,comprehensively considers the transportation cost,recycling cost,and operating cost between each level,and takes the transportation flow and facility capacity as constraints,and takes the maximum benefit of the recycling network as the goal.In order to establish a nonlinear integer programming model.Finally,the recovered data is substituted through LINGO,so as to find the best location of the network-level node facility of a third-party recycling company in Chongqing.
