| With the development of circular economy and green economy,the development of China’s reverse logistics industry has entered the "fast lane",bringing new opportunities for the development of second-hand books and giving a "second life" to unused books.Book reverse logistics recycling processing has also gradually attracted the attention of the whole society and become a new opportunity for the development of enterprises.Book reverse logistics recycling center as a key node in the book reverse logistics link,is the link between upstream and downstream,but also to let the used books into the secondary market "cradle".However,at present,the number and scale of book reverse logistics recycling centers in China are relatively small,and most of them have imperfect layout planning,low operational efficiency and high recycling cost,which should be paid great attention to these problems.This paper takes the book reverse logistics recycling center of Company H as the research object.Firstly,through a systematic review and in-depth analysis of the existing research literature,and on the basis of the existing research results,the current situation of the book reverse logistics recycling center of Company H is analyzed to reveal its existing problems.Secondly,the SLP method was used to optimize the design of functional areas,operation flow and layout,and two layout optimization schemes were derived.Finally,in order to meet the future development needs of Company H’s book reverse logistics recycling and processing center,a series of effective guarantee measures are formulated,aiming to promote the sustainable development of Company H’s book reverse logistics recycling and processing center.This study also can also supply reference significance for the layout optimization of other similar book reverse logistics recycling centers. |
