| In recent years,3D printing technology has attracted much attention and is developing rapidly. It has been widely used in all kinds of industry.Ceramic materials have important applications in biology, mechanical engineering, aerospace and other fields, due to their excellent properties, such as high temperature resistance, high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. However, there is increasing difficulties for researchers to shape the ceramic materials, because of its brittleness and hardness. Therefore, shaping the ceramic materials with the method of 3D printing will greatly reduce the technical difficulties and costs of the preparation of ceramic shaped parts, which is of great research value. This study explored a new photocurable 3D printing technique to mold the ceramic materials, which can be achieved by blending alumina nanoparticles with photocurable urethane acrylate(PUA)and ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate(EOEOEA)resins.A small amount of photoinitiator was added to prepare semi-solid ceramic liquid with limited ability to fluid. The 3D printing and solidification of the ceramic liquid was realized with the prepared liquid 3D printing device,Then, the further solidification of the ceramic material was achieved through secondary high-temperature sintering.Photocuring 3D printing of ceramic materials was achieved for the first time. The match of different types of photocurable resins and the monomers were studied.Rheometer and SEM were used to analyze the rheological properties, surface morphology and physical properties of the samples.Photocurable resins, its monomers, and the ratio of suitable resin monomer was realized.TGA,X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and a series of mechanical properties tests were used to study more contents, including the influences of the content of ceramic powder ceramic in ceramic precursors printing materials to the structure, appearance and performance of the final molded 3D printed ceramic. Also, the formulation of the ceramic liquid is promoted. The rate of urethane acrylate/ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate in resin system is 3 /1 and the quality of the alumina filler is 2.5 times that of the resin system, which can be regarded as the best formula. Finally, the mechanical properties of the ceramic material, which was obtained by secondary sintering, were studied. The results showed that the solidified material obtained by 3D printing has a higher degree of solidification,a stable structure, and good mechanical properties. |
