Most of the current methods for fabricating microfluidic chips have problems such as high cost,complex process and material limitations.In this study,a method for the replication of elastomer microchannels based on light-curing electrostatic printing is proposed.The main contents are as follows:(1)The formation process of the electrostatic jet and the formation mechanism of the jet are analyzed.The classical jet mode and spherical-cone jet mode of electrostatic jet are summarized,and the critical length and critical radius of electrostatic jet in the stable stage are summarized and analyzed,and the final jet diameter of the unstable section is deduced.Three electrostatic jet collection modes and electrostatic two-phase flow governing equations are summarized.(2)A three-dimensional electric field simulation about the shape and connection method of the conductive sheet was established by using COMSOL numerical simulation software,and the electric field distribution characteristics under different conditions were compared and analyzed,and the subsequent platform construction was guided to use a square curved conductive sheet for voltage connection.A comparative simulation of the two-phase flow of electrostatic jet using the phase field method and the level set method was established,and the changes of the two-phase interface between the two methods of the three parameters of time,voltage and inlet velocity were studied,and it was found that the two-phase interface formed by the phase field method formed Most suitable for the actual jet process.(3)The light-curing electrostatic printing experiment and observation platform is designed and built.The parameter requirements of the platform and the selection of each component are briefly introduced,and the jet state of the preliminary experimental phenomenon is briefly described.Five experimental parameters of photocuring electrostatic jet printing were studied by using the method of orthogonal experiment,and the optimal parameter combination was obtained and used for jet printing of 2D microstructure and 3D structural wall.The aspect ratio can reach 10.6.(4)The PDMS elastomer microchannel chip was fabricated using the light-curing electrostatic printed microstructure master mold.The fabrication process of the entire chip was introduced,and the PDMS defoaming process was studied.Manufacture and text the microchannel.The replication deviation of the microchannel is 10.4%.The liquid flow test shows that the prepared microstructure channel chip has high transparency and few impurity bubbles.Finally,the flexible resistor microchannel is fabricated,and the sensitive range of the flexible resistor microchannel is about 0.4N-1.25 N.The repeatability characteristic curve and cycle characteristic curve of the sample chip are obtained through experiments.
