As traditional test systems cannot fully cater to the needs of modern test with the development of modern electronic technology,the automatic test systems become increasingly important in such fields as national defense S&T industry.The test system software constitutes an integral part of the automatic test system,however,traditional test system software is designed for specific purposes with poor portability and reusability.Against this backdrop,the test system software with reconfigurable test functions will be a development trend in the future.In this paper,we firstly analyzed the key to implementation of reconfigurable test system software,designed the overall structure of the reconfigurable test system software,and divided the test system software into three parts: ATML parsing,functional configuration and execution test,and then we analyzed the application of ATML standard in test software.The editing and parsing method for ATML-based description file was developed on the LabWindows/CVI software development platform,which makes it possible for test software to load ATML-based description file and parse its data,laying foundation for reconfiguring software functions;based on the IEEE1671.1 Test Description standard,we studied the description method and analyzed the configuration technology regarding the test project,and made it configurable;based on the IEEE1671.2 Instrument Description standard,we studied the descriptive approach regarding instrument resources,and described the instrument's test capability by using the mapping method and provided a description instance;based on the IEEE1671.3 UUT Description standard,we analyzed the functions of each element in the standard,designed the UUT description tool and established the description method for measured objects;based on the IEEE1636.1 Test Results standard,we designed the approach for software to judge test results,and completed the reconfigurability of the test results.Based on the programming concept of modularization and reusability,we designed an instance of ATML-based reconfigurable test system software.Test data management module is set in the software,which enables the test result being output in the form of a description file in line with the IEEE1636.1 Test Results standard,or being output as a standardized Excel test report.The log function to record software's running track is added to facilitate troubleshooting.Through experimental verification,the test system software proves to be functionally reconfigurable with intact test function,which means the design goal we anticipated has been achieved.
