Implementation Of An Automatic Test System Based On ATML Standard Test Results Description

High-tech applications in modern systems,including military and civilian applications,have led to significant advances in the tools they test.In recent years,with the rapid development of various types of electronic equipment and related defense electronic technology,the field of defense electronic equipment has significantly improved both system scale and system complexity.In this case,the automated test system has become a necessary guarantee and reliable means for the reliable operation of complex electronic equipment and systems.At the same time,the concept of the life cycle of electronic equipment is becoming more and more popular.From the pre-research and demonstration of system equipment,design project,test and test to batch delivery,and maintenance,many life cycle links will involve complicated test and verification.The importance of automated test systems is self-evident.With the adoption of the ATML(Automatic Test Markup Language)standard,the related technology based on ATML is considered to be one of the effective ways to build a new automated test system.According to the actual needs of the project,including the user-defined requirements of the test data standardization format and test flow in the Automatic Test System(ATS),this paper studies the software framework of the automatic test system and determines the test process.The management method of the automatic test system is based on the development trend of the configuration information and test data standardization in the automatic test system.The test process management technology and the ATML document analysis technology of the automatic test system are studied.Based on this,a general automatic test system platform software is designed.The research content of this topic specifically includes the following aspects:(1)With a goal of openness to the user and convenience of operation,combined with the automatic test system that has been implemented so far,a test process management method is studied.(2)Design a method for describing test information,including test flow,configuration information,and test results,in conjunction with Automatic Text Markup Language(ATML).(3)Design a test process management method according to the specific requirements of the test process in the actual test process.(4)Study the analytical method of ATML and apply it to the designed test system to complete the transmission and transmission of test information within the system.(5)Basic verification using a DC power supply,an oscilloscope,a waveform generator,a data collector,etc.on the actual hardware platform.Focus on verifying test process management and instrument parameter configuration functions,and evaluating software functional integrity and standardization of test result data formats.
